I have been working on WHAT is critical for that law to require disclosure on. Below is that list that should be covered in that law.

Everything in this document is about possible scenarios. The goal of the discovery is to establish which of these may be a problem. This document does not make any claim that any individual or organization did anything criminal, illegal or immoral. Any references are made for the purpose of discovery towards getting information that will get the truth out and can help the case of Tyler Robinson be determined NOT guilty.

The goals of discovery are towards establishing one or more of the WHY which will give the best defense to Tyler Robinson. They can lead to a court finding of "NOT GUILTY" on most or all of the most important charges. Or to showing reasonable doubt in the prosecutor's case, leading to not guilty on charges.

WHY #1: If an explosion happened with any mic or electronics on Charlie Kirk, that would establish another possible cause of death. It also can establish other people involved, even indicating that people with power beyond what Tyler Robinson was capable of, were involved. The timing matching can also show that they controlled Tyler Robinson, all of the way down to the timing. It can also cast doubt that he caused the death of Charlie Kirk. It can also possibly show that the FBI is doing a cover-up because this information wasn't presented by them from the beginning.

WHY #2: Intelligence Service / Military / Gov were present, involved, knew about it, or possibly assisted.

WHY #3: FBI possibly did a cover-up.

WHY #4: Death was not caused by Tyler Robinson.

WHY #5: The .30-06 rifle couldn't have caused Charlie Kirk's death.

WHY #6: The FBI / DoJ / other possibly carried out obstruction of justice.

Below are "Possible" Linkages. Discovery is to see if evidence can be brought from government possession into the court case and history books.

(Possible) Linkage #1: Chain of custody for the rifle shows allegedly potential evidence planting. The K-9 unit initially failed to find the gun. Then FBI agents arrived and directed a "re-search" that suddenly located the weapon. This pattern matches known intelligence tradecraft for planting evidence on a patsy. If discovery shows gaps in custody, foreign handler DNA, or FBI agents who had access before the "discovery," it proves Tyler was framed by sophisticated actors.

(Possible) Linkage #2: The 12 Israeli-registered cellphones at UVU prove foreign intelligence presence. NSA reportedly tracked these phones. If discovery confirms Israeli intelligence officers were physically present at the assassination scene, it establishes that a foreign state actor had operatives in position. Combined with cell tower data showing these phones also pinged near Tyler's residence, it proves a coordinated foreign intelligence operation, not a lone gunman.

(Possible) Linkage #3: Military planes (SU-BTT, SU-BND, and more) arriving days before the assassination with military contractors who stayed in Utah proves foreign government involvement. These weren't tourists - they had Defense Attaché badges and received "no-scan priority clearance." Discovery of passenger manifests, where they went, and whether they visited locations connected to Tyler Robinson would prove state-level coordination that Tyler could never have organized himself.

(Possible) Linkage #4: FBI asking witnesses to delete videos is evidence tampering and obstruction. Multiple witnesses report FBI agents calling them and requesting they delete footage from the event. If discovery confirms this pattern, it proves the FBI is actively destroying exculpatory evidence. This suggests the FBI knows the official narrative is false and is protecting the actual perpetrators, likely foreign intelligence assets the U.S. has relationships with.

(Possible) Linkage #5: The "distraction people" not being charged exposes coordination. Multiple armed individuals appeared at UVU that day - PERSON_179_REDACTED with a gun, a pellet gun man at Joe Vera's, and others. In any normal investigation, these people would be charged. The decision NOT to charge them, combined with blocked FOIAs about them, suggests they were assets serving a purpose. Discovery of payments to them or communications with intelligence services proves a coordinated operation.

(Possible) Linkage #6: Fort Huachuca meetings September 1-11 could expose pre-planning at the highest levels. Fort Huachuca is the Army's intelligence center. If PERSON_10_REDACTED (Kirk's security chief) or PERSON_7_REDACTED attended meetings there days before the assassination, it raises questions about foreknowledge. U.S. Air Force VIP transport jets (SAM callsign) flying between Andrews, Tucson, and Colorado Springs during this window could identify which officials were coordinating what.

(Possible) Linkage #7: The surveillance plane N1098L (HADES spy plane) circling 35 minutes before the shooting proves advance knowledge and coordination. Someone hired this plane. Someone received its surveillance feed. Discovery of who contracted it, who they work for, and where the data went would reveal whether U.S. or foreign intelligence had real-time eyes on the assassination. A lone gunman doesn't have a spy plane providing overwatch - a sophisticated operation does.

(Possible) Linkage #8: Charlie Kirk's texts saying "I know they want me dead" and "they will kill me if I break away from being pro-Israel" show he knew who was threatening him. He named the threat. If FBI files confirm these communications and show Kirk identified specific foreign actors, it proves motive and identity of the actual perpetrators. The FBI's failure to present this information from the beginning would constitute a Brady violation and evidence of cover-up.

(Possible) Linkage #9: Financial transfers to Tyler Robinson ($50K alleged) and his girlfriend ($20K alleged) through DSA-linked accounts prove outside funding. Tyler Robinson didn't have the resources to plan and execute this alone. If discovery shows wire transfers from foreign sources or intelligence-linked accounts, it proves Tyler was a paid asset or patsy. Following the money leads directly to the people who actually ordered and financed the assassination.

(Possible) Linkage #10: Electronic jamming of cell/internet signals seconds before the shooting proves military-grade operational support. Civilians cannot jam cell towers. Only military or intelligence services have this capability. If discovery confirms signals were disrupted during the precise window of the shooting, it proves a sophisticated actor provided electronic warfare support. This alone eliminates the possibility that Tyler Robinson acted alone - he didn't have access to military jamming technology.

Physical Evidence of Explosion (Not Bullet)​

  • Forensic analysis indicated that blood was released from the arterial hit, but the total amount was abnormally low. One explanation is a very small-scale explosion occurring close to the body, which could cause the heart to stop and limit further bleeding. The blood observed appeared consistent with an artery briefly emptying, followed by no continued flow. A small-scale explosion could be intended to be quiet, leave no burn marks, produce little to no shrapnel, be barely noticeable, and stop the heart to minimize blood loss.

The investigation shows that an intelligence service is very likely involved with the Charlie Kirk event at UVU on 9/10/2025. Even if foreign intelligence was heavily involved, there is a high likelihood that the US intelligence community or US military was involved. Below are solid leads that will lead to discovery that will bring hard evidence of that.

What other possible perpetrators does the investigation show this may be? #6: Enter into discovery any ballistics the FBI or any law enforcement has. #7: Enter into discovery any forensic acoustic analysis the FBI or any law enforcement has. #8: Were any military drones flying? Enter into discovery any info the FBI or any law enforcement has. #9: Were any civilian drones flying? Enter into discovery any info the FBI or any law enforcement has. #10: Discovery on the PERSON_10_REDACTED security firm on the lack of planning in the Charlie Kirk event Sept 11th, 2025 (Woodland Park, CO). Get discovery on the planning window before an event for the last 30 events where Charlie had university events (either indoor or outdoor) with 300 or more people. It included UVU 9/10/2025 and the 30 events before that meeting this criteria. What are the times when the planning window started at each of the 30 events. Include the earliest date when any communication occurred with local police or the campus. But their internal planning period is often before that. But also include the earliest dates of any communication with PERSON_10_REDACTED's company. #11: Electronic means appear to have been used to cut internet access (cell based or otherwise) in the seconds before, during and after it occurred. Does the FBI / DoJ or US Intel have any files or information on this. #12: Any information on drones having video feeds sent back to anyone? Who? Which Drones? Does the FBI / DoJ or US Intel have any files or information on this. #13: Any communication / meetings / discussions in the FBI or US Intel where anything was communicated that they didn't want it to get to the defense team or in trial. This can include information, parts of the case, any intelligence service factors related to this case. #14: Any communication (written or non-written) that Charlie made about him feeling threatened, his life may end early, thinking he would likely be killed, or anything related. Who? When? Exact communication? Communication preceding that. Any interviews with people that received or heard about it that exist in FBI files. Does the FBI / DoJ or US Intel have any files or information on this. These may be possible examples:

  • PERSON_3_REDACTED (TPUSA insider) – confirmed Charlie's texts about threats.
  • PERSON_4_REDACTED – went on record: The day before the event Charlie told him directly "they're going to take me out."
  • Charlie texted "During this combative meeting, Kirk reportedly texted others saying, "THEY ARE GOING TO KILL ME"
  • Quote: "They will kill me if I break away from being pro-Israel"

#15: Is there anything linking Charlie Kirk 9/10 with U.S. Army ISR drone. They were flying, or launched by plane N1098L, or tech traded to anyone or country for favor linked (Egypt, Israel, PERSON_60_REDACTED), approval by plane SU-BTT (Egyptian military Falcon 7X jet) that landed at Minot airbase, retrofitted on any plane staying in a Utah Airport over a month to "possibly" have tech installed. #16: Did the FBI or anyone instruct any employee or anyone at the local airport to lie? #17: Any information (documents or anything else) about the analysis or investigation into the bullet traveling through Charlie Kirk. Why didn't it exit? What path did it take? What shows it likely wasn't a .30-06 caliber, or that it was another caliber. Did part of the mic hit Charlie's neck and cause the opening on the front right? What path did the bullet take? #18: Any money transfer to Tyler Robinson? Includes (but not limited to) any possible $50,000 in wire transfers that flowed through DSA-linked accounts in the months leading to the killing. Any knowledge of what it was for? Logistics, travel, and even weapon acquisition. #19: Any money transfer to Lance Twiggs? Includes (but not limited to) any possible $20,000 transfer? Or multiple transfers?

#20: Any information about the possible "distraction people". See list below. List: a) PERSON_179_REDACTED = "Fake Doctor w/Gun" (middle name may be "Kim"), b) Pellet gun guy detailed by Provo PD in front of Joe Vera's Mexican Restaurant. 201 W Center St, Provo, UT 84601 with a "Ruger Yukon Magnum .177 Pellet Break Barrel Air Rifle", c) George Zinn, d) PERSON_53_REDACTED, e) Curly hair "David" (Owner of X account @RtothepowerofX) (his name may be "PERSON_139_REDACTED"), or f) any person the police were called on at Urban Pioneer Cafe or Sorenson Molecular Biotechnology Building (35 S Wasatch Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84112, USA) on that day, g) PERSON_42_REDACTED (May not be his real name): (he may have also used the name "PERSON_42_REDACTED") who was interviewed on TV news, or h) any others. Any communication they had (or claimed) with any individual or gov coordinating / communicating / discussion of or payments / or any other interaction. Any claims they made. Any communication / coordination or meetings they had with any US or non-US intelligence or governments or anyone that may have communicated to them to be there, do anything or possibly talk about being paid. Anything about any of these people related to the case.

#21: Distraction people and them not being charged. People find it strange they weren't charged. Any communication or actions or any other information about decisions to not charge them? By whom? Any communications inside of FBI / DoJ / US Intel /local law enforcement or between them? Did anyone instruct anyone else not to charge them?

#22: Distraction people and FOIAs, GAMMA and equivalent requests. These were strangely blocked. Any communication or actions or any other information about decisions to reject or block? By whom? Any communications inside of FBI / DoJ / US Intel /local law enforcement or between them? Did anyone instruct anyone else to block them?

#23: What were the reasons PERSON_15_REDACTED from the National Counterterrorism Center and others at NCC desired to have US intel investigate the Charlie Kirk assassination? Enter into discovery the factors they found.

#24: Bring into discovery the documents on anything PERSON_15_REDACTED (NCC) reviewed of files or anything that came from the FBI related to the Charlie Kirk investigation.

#25: The rooftop (possible shooter) vs Tyler are reported to have different clothes. Have all information from the FBI or DoJ about anything about clothing on any possible suspects. Including times when seen, when proposed clothing changes happened, Tyler or possible suspects or anyone alleged to be on the roof (before or after) had clothing seen in video.

#26: Any information NSA, FBI, DoJ or US Intel has on (around) 12 Israeli registered cellphones at the site of the shooting last Wednesday. Who were these people. Any connections to US or non-US intelligence. Include photos of them. What did they do at UVU? How long were they in Utah? Did they visit any locations related to this investigation (airport, Tyler apartment, location across town where Tyler was within 300 feet of them, they were in any of the rental cars listed above, did they fly on any of the planes listed to this investigation or listed in this document, or anything else related to this investigation.) There is a report that NSA tracked them.

#27: There was a person of interest. Police were probably called on this man. There were reasons he could be a person of interest related to this case. Law enforcement were called on him on Sept 10th. He was at or near Sorenson Molecular Biotechnology Building, Urban Pioneer Cafe. Address: 35 S Wasatch Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84112, USA. "The FBI wants you to stand by there with him there." may have been said on police Radio related to the call on this. "As per SBI and FBI, we've been given clear direction NOT to interview." Provide all information about him. Photos, files, investigation information. Anything from Law enforcement (Federal and non-federal), US Intelligence, FBI & DoJ.

#28: Who and what was covered in any meeting that happened in "One Rodney Square building" at 920 North King St, Wilmington DE on these days: Sept 1st thru Sept 11th 2025. Include anything from any meeting that included discussing Charlie Kirk or UVU or someone being killed (in the future). It could have been in Suite 404 or any other place in the building. Include anything from Law enforcement (Federal and non-federal), US Intelligence, US Military, FBI or DoJ.
