Who He Is
PB posts as @PBOnPoint on X, where his profile describes his work as "Independent Perspective | Predictive Analysis" and points to longer analysis and live shows on YouTube. At the time this video was posted the account showed 7,808 followers and roughly 3,600 posts. He is an independent commentator, not a journalist at a news organisation, and not a participant in the case.
He says in this video that he has been covering the Charlie Kirk assassination for "essentially a year and 9 days" — that is, since shortly after September 10, 2025.
The Video
Nine minutes fifty-three seconds, posted to X on September 1, 2026 at 20:03 UTC — roughly ten minutes after the time he gives for the bindover ruling. He opens by explaining the production: his studio internet was down overnight and still out, so the whole thing is shot vertically on a cell phone. There are no graphics, no inserts and no edits. It is one continuous direct-to-camera monologue.
The occasion is the preliminary hearing ruling in the case against Tyler Robinson — the decision on whether the case is bound over for trial. PB states he is recording at around 3:50 p.m. Eastern and expects the bindover either has just happened or is about to.
Caption on the post: "#TylerRobinson is trapped and he's not going to get out of this. I explain the Now and the Next in this Video. Please take a Watch and Share."
What He Argues
Three actors. PB says there are "three elements at play here," which the transcript renders as "the USA, Israel and TP Israel." The third is his pejorative coinage for TPUSA — he uses the same term throughout when predicting the organisation's collapse. He says each of the three was, in his view, "involved in the assassination and the cover-up of it, from top to bottom." No court has found any of this, and TPUSA has not been charged with anything in connection with the case.
His sanction premise. The load-bearing step in his argument is a general claim: that "there is no assassination of any kind that can happen on anyone's soil without the express sanctioning of that government," because otherwise it would constitute an act of war. From that premise he reasons that a killing on U.S. soil implies U.S. sanction. This is an assertion of how he believes the world works, not evidence about this case, and he offers no source for it.
On the defendant. PB says he does not believe Tyler Robinson "had anything to do with the actual act itself," and goes further: "I'm not convinced he was even there." He suggests Robinson's life was "infiltrated" beginning around the end of 2023, as part of an operation he estimates was 18 months in preparation. He allows he may be wrong, and frames a possible unwitting role: "I don't think he understood what he was there for... perhaps there's something in his background where he had no choice, perhaps he was threatened, his family was threatened." He names Mossad, the CIA and the FBI as the kinds of organisation he believes do this. He presents no documentary evidence for any of it and describes it as "my own personal opinion."
His prediction about the trial. This is the claim the post is built around. PB says Robinson "is not getting out innocent, or he's not getting out with his life," that "there will be no trial that goes the distance and that will be fair where he has a chance at innocence," and that any exculpatory evidence would not be ruled admissible. His reasoning is that "there must be a fall guy for this. It cannot be completed unless there is one."
On Charlie Kirk's motive for being targeted. He argues Kirk was "a direct threat" because he opposed war with Iran, wanted the Epstein files released, and wanted transparency — and stresses these were Kirk's own stated positions: "It's that man's words, Charlie Kirk, not mine, not any of ours."
Two outside statements he leans on. He says Benjamin Netanyahu had said over the preceding weekend that convincing the United States and Trump to join strikes on Iran took on the order of a thousand hours. And he paraphrases — his word — Secretary of State Marco Rubio as having said after the war began that "we did this for Israel. There are no nuclear weapons." Editorial note: both are PB's characterisations of what those men said, given from memory in an unscripted video, and neither is quoted from a verified transcript. Treat them as his recollection, not as established quotations.
Other assertions made in passing. He states as his belief that Trump was threatened, that there is "a connection between Butler and Utah," and that the golden pager given to Trump "was not by accident." These are asserted without supporting material.
What he predicts next. He expects the case to go quiet for 12 to 24 months before trial, and says the public "will have no choice" but to move on. He predicts TPUSA will be "finished" and unable to operate within 18 months, once parents "catch the drift"; he predicts Israel will continue to be "outed on a day-to-day basis" in a way that moves younger American voters; and he predicts the affair will be "the final straw for voters." His broader political conclusion is that the two-party frame is empty — "there is no right, there is no left... Republicans and Democrats are in all of it" — and that elections and midterms are "a scorecard for the people to vote on something where the game has already been decided."
His closing theory of the organisation. He argues TPUSA was "deemed as an instrument... a tool" — that its reach with young voters made it worth infiltrating and taking over "to reprogram the young minds for future elections," and that this is "the endgame." Again, his framing, and unevidenced in the video.
What The Footage Shows
A single fixed vertical phone shot of one man speaking to camera for the full run time. No B-roll, no screenshots, no documents held up, no citations on screen. Everything in the video is spoken assertion. That matters for weighing it: nothing here is a document the reader can check independently — the value of the page is the record of the position, not corroboration of it.
Where This Sits Against The Rest Of The Site
PB's conclusion that Robinson did not fire the shot runs alongside the material collected under Proof Not Tyler, though he arrives at it by assertion rather than by the physical and timeline arguments assembled there. His fall-guy framing overlaps with Cover Up. His account of a motive rooted in Kirk's Iran and Epstein-files positions overlaps with Motive and the Israel section.
He does not address the ballistics question at all, and does not engage with the explosive-device analysis in Gun & Bullet. His argument is political and structural rather than physical.

Two rendering notes: the transcriber writes "TP Israel" where PB is using a coined pejorative for TPUSA, and it renders his timing phrase as "a year and 9 days" where the elapsed time from September 10, 2025 is closer to a year less nine days. Speech recognition mangles coinages and numbers; the wording is left as transcribed rather than silently corrected.
