Security & Law Enforcement

This material has been split into two separate sections so each can be covered in depth. Choose the one you want:

Security Team →

The private protective detail hired to guard Charlie Kirk at UVU — the contracted firm (Integrity Security Solutions), the people on the detail, the unsecured rooftop, and the reported gaps in the protection plan.

Law Enforcement →

The government police and agenciesUVU campus police, Orem PD, the county sheriff, the FBI, the NCTC, the crime-scene handling, the rifle chain of custody, the manhunt, and the prosecution.

The distinction matters. The Security Team was the set of private contractors responsible for Charlie Kirk's personal safety on September 10, 2025 — the people closest to him physically and the ones positioned to prevent or fail to prevent what happened. The Law Enforcement side covers everything the government did afterward: who secured the scene, who identified the suspect, who recovered the weapon, and who built the case. Separating the two makes it easier to follow where each set of responsibilities began and ended.

Both sections present open-source reporting and named-source claims with attribution, and both flag where allegations remain unverified. Living individuals are referenced with attribution language throughout, and the accused, Tyler Robinson, is described as charged rather than convicted because his trial has not concluded. Use the two cards above to move into whichever area you are researching.

Citizen Investigator Claims on X (Why the Split Matters)

(Attributed claims — not findings of intentional wrongdoing by named living security or officers.)

Citizen investigators repeatedly mix private security failures with government response failures. Keeping them separate prevents category errors:

  • Private detail claims: Posts such as @TheFanAccountX allege the protective team had long advance-planning habits yet "no plans" for a next event, and that raises were given after the death — framed by that account as conspiracy evidence. Those are unverified commentary claims about living persons and employers; treat as questions for contracts, radios, and after-action reports, not as proven collusion.
  • Rooftop access: Campus walk-throughs (@ProjectConstitu and others) call roof access trivially easy and camera coverage thin — a security design issue whether or not any contractor intended harm.
  • Law-enforcement / federal track: Manhunt timing, rifle recovery, Miranda vs Discord confession clocks, and FBI scene control live under Law Enforcement and FBI, not under the private detail's employment file.

If a claim is about who was paid to stand near Kirk, start in Security Team. If it is about who seized the scene, who charged Robinson, who sealed files, start in Law Enforcement.
