Serena Hotel — Israeli Phones from UVU at the Islamabad Talks
Citizen investigators report that Israeli-registered phones were at UVU when Charlie Kirk was killed. Four of them were then reportedly traced, seven months later, to the Islamabad Serena Hotel, a building sealed for the April 2026 U.S.–Iran talks that ordinary people could not enter. The claim has two halves. The first is that a group of Israeli-registered cellphones was on the ground at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025: 12 according to Candace Owens and an NSA-sourced account, 16 of 44 foreign devices according to Tony Seruga's "raw GPS data." The second is Seruga's April 11, 2026 alert that four of those devices had "arrived in Islamabad last evening, at the Islamabad Serena Hotel," where Vice President JD Vance's delegation was about to meet Iran's negotiators. If both halves hold, the phones link a killing in Utah to people inside one of the most tightly controlled buildings in the world that week. That is why this section exists as its own area and not only as a line in the Israel section.
The Serena half can be checked against contemporary reporting. The hotel had been emptied of paying guests days earlier, placed under full government control, staffed only by vetted employees, and partitioned into a U.S. wing, an Iranian wing, and a shared area. The U.S. delegation slept there, and the Iranians were driven in from the Marriott. Around it, Pakistan sealed the Red Zone, declared public holidays, closed roads, and deployed more than 10,000 police, Rangers and troops. Phones were reportedly restricted inside. The phones were reported there on the evening of April 10, before the U.S. principals landed and after the lockdown began. At that point the people inside were security officials, advance teams and cleared staff, a short and fully recorded list. No subscriber data, device identifier or official document has been released for either half, and the only circulated tracking map was labeled a recreation by the people who posted it.
