The origin: Tony Seruga​

"Raw GPS data shows that 44 foreign-registered cellphones were in the immediate area of Charlie Kirk on that sad day: 16 Israeli, 13 Chinese, 12 Russian, and 3 Iranian. Our system just alerted us that 4 of the 16 Israeli devices that were in Utah that day, have arrived in Islamabad last evening, at the Islamabad Serena Hotel."

@TonySeruga, earlier (on UVU):

"There were dozens of IMSI-catchers … present during Charlie Kirk's assassination … These tools helped identify phone activity, including reports of 12–14 foreign-registered cellphones (all potentially Israeli) near the site. The National Security Agency (NSA) surveillance data identified 12 Israeli-registered cellphones … This information was shared with federal law enforcement and subsequently passed to the White House and differs greatly from raw, unfiltered GPS data … Disclaimer: Alternative explanations … includes the possibility that they belonged to foreign nationals studying at Utah Valley University's Center for National Security Studies … however, that doesn't explain the Chinese, Russian, and Iranian devices."

@TonySeruga, April 12, 2026 reported the talks breaking down: "'No Deal': Vance Leaves Islamabad As Iran Talks Stall Over Nukes."

The amplifier: Project Constitution​

@ProjectConstitu, April 11, 2026:

"PROOF: Israeli Cell Phones Linked to Charlie Kirk's Assassination Just Surfaced At The Islamabad Serena Hotel — Where Iran Peace Talks Are Happening Right Now … We have been tracking 16 Israeli registered cell phones that were pinged at UVU the moment the shots were fired. FOUR of those phones have just been traced to the Islamabad Serena Hotel … Source: Data obtained via independent SIGINT tracking. (Image of tracked phones is a recreation and NOT real) … From: @TonySeruga."

The post goes on to ask whether Charlie "was removed because he was about to expose the very people sitting in that hotel room." That is the poster's rhetorical question. This site does not adopt it and does not suggest that any delegate was involved (Who Was There).

Repeats and extensions​

  • @JirasolPNW: "4 of the 16 Israeli registered phones present at UVU … just showed up in Pakistan the same fancy hotel as high level peace talks."
  • @CodyKrieger18, Apr 12: the pings, "if corroborated by SIGINT tracking," would contradict the "lone wolf" narrative.
  • @TartantuesdayI: asked whether any of the same phones were also at Butler, Pennsylvania.
  • @SocialmediaSvge, Apr 25: "4/6 of those phones also went to the Pakistan meeting … Pakistanis found out Israelis were going to assassinate Iranian negotiators and stopped it." No source given. The "4/6" figure matches nothing upstream.
  • @Coll1313, Jun 9: the phones "are now literally registering as being in Pakistan."
  • @JakesSnake4You, Jul 11: "16 phones from Israel were there and 4 of those phones were pinged Islamabad Serena Hotel on 4/11."
  • @JGlasseir, Aug 22: "four of 16 (12?) allegedly Israeli registered phones … later allegedly appeared at the Islamabad Serena Hotel." Follow-up: only "Pakistani authorities" could reasonably have identified who was inside.
  • @The_RealZoe, Sep 19: "4 of which reappeared at the Islamabad Serena Hotel during April US–Iran talks."
  • Accounts including @SuppressedNws1, @SilentlySirs, @LegitTargets repeat that the NSA detected 12 Israeli-registered phones at UVU and officials were "really freaked out," echoing Candace Owens from November 2025.

  • @TheDailyJagran, Apr 14: "no phones were allowed inside the Serena Hotel … talks unfolded across two separate wings and one common area," citing Reuters.
  • @TheAbdullahKhan, Apr 26: "When JD Vance came to Islamabad the ENTIRE Serena Hotel was vacated and guests were told to find rooms elsewhere."
  • @FaiziWithKhan, Apr 26: "Vance to Trump: Serena Hotel Islamabad's security is better than the White House security." This is a joke attribution, not a real quote.
  • @BPINewsOrg, Apr 26: Pakistan lifts traffic restrictions around the Serena and the Red Zone "after days of lockdown."
  • @SophiaSaifi, quoting FM Ishaq Dar: the Serena, closed since April 19 for the second round, would reopen Monday.
  • @thepunch223, May 1: journalist @TalatHussain12 says the delegations were filmed from One Constitution Avenue, overlooking the Serena.
  • @payf_official: the "21-hour marathon at the Serena Hotel," the first direct high-level U.S.–Iran talks since 1979.

The platform's own note​

X's Grok summaries attached to these threads describe the phone claim as unverified SIGINT from Seruga, note that the images are labeled recreations, and say no official confirmation exists. This is the same status this section records. The section's job is to list the records that would change that status (Records That Would Settle It).
